Dr. Angela Aslami graduated from The American University, Washington, DC 1993 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She graduated from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. She completed her medical degree at Wake Forest University Medical School, Winston-Salem, NC in 1999. She completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2003 at Carolinas Medical Center, Charlotte NC. She has been practicing general obstetrics & gynecology since 2003, first at Greenwich Hospital, Greenwich, CT (2003-2006), and at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton, MA since 2007. She received her board certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 2005. From 2002-2010, she served on a variety of committees in NC, CT, and MA for the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology. In 2015, she received her certificate in management of Sexual Health and Treatment from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. She became board certified in Obesity Management from the American Board of Obesity Medicine in 2021. Dr. Aslami enjoys spending time with her 5 young children, biking, skiing, and being outdoors. She is a member of South Shore Community Church.
