Generally, these companies will allow you to choose a menu online, and they will send you the food weekly in the correct portions, and you will have to chop/peel/cook (but at least you don’t have to shop!) Some of them (like purple carrot) will allow you to use their online recipes for free (whether or not you are a paying customer), so they at least help you choose healthy meals.

Green Chef – This company delivers ORGANIC meals, with the option to choose CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE if necessary. They offer family style and individual portions. People can also choose paleo, keto, vegetarian, vegan eating plans. They design the menu, and ship the food in the proper proportions, you just need to cook it.
